hi I bought my car last yr September @VW I got a call from u regarding ur service plan which I took that the debit order falls under my car installment but I haven’t received my contract document at list to c the terms & conditions of what im paying for & they introduced me this other policy which incase if I lost my job or due to death my beneficiary will keep the car as it will be covered to settle my balance im waiting for the call as I asked them to call me 1st week of January
