  9. I had a car insurance to you but cancelled it bcz of my finance. I still want to know about excess of the car when is involved with accident, how much I have to pay. I have been asking that when the time my insurance was still active there by u but there was no answer of that. I think if you can explain to me clear everything then I will understand better.   14. I am looking for a result of a claim. No; 122291211 my vehicle was involved in a accident with a client of mutual and federal. The accident took place in kimberley ; macdugalstreet on 06april2016 round about 07:15. I reported the accident to the outhorities. Got quotes that was send to you. I found out on the internet the person at mutual and federal to contact is Navaal Siefbinladen. I got a claim number from him. To find a result of this matter seem difficult. Up to now I cannot get hold Of him. Please help me to solve this matter or at least direct met to someone to assit
