Submitted a claim after my house was broken into and Renasa Insurance declined my claim.

please assist with cancellation because you are not helping people instead you are messing their life ;I requested a no claim letter to claim from the third party because my car was bumped by another person and the driver was so prepared to fix my car via his reliable insurance but even after 6 days still nothing has happened, so stop debiting my account for nothing,,,stop
